No it is not. Please see the Shipping section of the main campaign page for details on shipping and handling fees. These fees will be assessed in the Pledge Manager after the campaign and not collected on Kickstarter.

No we do not. The shipping section lists the countries we ship to. If you back the campaign and want your Rewards delivered in a country that we do not ship to you will be responsible for securing freight forwarding at your expense.

[Shipping] Will you ship "EU/UK Friendly"?
We will ship the products into the UK and the EU+ region to Depots in those regions with all customs and duties prepaid, and from that Depot to you. You should receive your order without having to pay any additional fees to your local government customs office. If you normally receive “EU/UK Friendly” Kickstarter Rewards without any monies due you should not owe anything when you receive the shipment from this campaign.

[Shipping] Do you offer shipping discounts for group orders?
We do not offer discounts for group orders or club buys. Shipping is based on the total weight of the order so the more you order the lower the per item shipping will be. Our Pledge Manager will allow you to add multiple copies of a Reward and as many Add-Ons to your order as you wish and the shipping & handling and tax will be calculated at checkout. It is not possible to estimate the shipping due to the complexities of this process; you will need to assemble an order in the Pledge Manager to see the shipping & handling and tax costs. It is possible that the total weight of your order will exceed our order maximum weight and you will need to split your order into multiple shipments.

[Taxes] Is VAT included?
No. VAT will be assessed at checkout in the pledge manager.
We will ship to UK and EU+ addresses from Depots in those regions. If for some reason your locality requires you to pay a tax or fee beyond that paid when the products were imported into the UK or the EU to receive such shipments those costs must be paid by you. We cannot guarantee that there will be no such cost but we plan to use a shipment system similar to that used by most successful UK/EU friendly Kickstarters so if you have in the past received such packages without extra costs you should receive ours without those costs too.

[Pledge Manager] Will I have access to the Pledge Manager if I didn't select a Reward?
If you want to guarantee Kickstarter pricing on the Pledge Manager, you’ll need to pledge at least $4 BY SELECTING THE $4 REWARD. If you pledge $1 or any other amount by choosing the ““No Rewards”” option, then you will not have guaranteed access to KS pricing on the Pledge Manager.
If you do not back this Kickstarter you’ll be able to make a Late Pledge via the Pledge Manager for a period of time after the campaign ends. Prices & availability for customers who did not back the campaign at least at the $4 Reward level are subject to change.

This is the default value until a valid shipping address is entered to prevent orders in countries that we are unable to ship to. Once your address is entered the shipping charge will calculate accordingly.

In order to make sure that the $4 you pledged on Kickstarter is deducted from your order total you will need to update your reward level from the $4 Reward to another Reward level in the Pledge Manager.

[Languages] Will the game be available in a language other than English?
Not for this campaign. When the game goes to retail, our licensing department works to find international partners who will print and distribute the games locally, and they handle the translations at that time.

[Product: à la carte] I’ve already upgraded some parts of my copy of Ready Set Bet, can I just order parts of the High Roller Edition that I need?
No, to get this High Roller Edition made and priced as low as we can, we have to have it printed as a package in large quantities. As our Add-ons show, getting some pieces as individual parts can be quite expensive by themselves.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
AEG does not take a profit on shipping & handling or tax.
We work with fulfillment companies around the world to deliver your order at the lowest cost. Where required by law we collect tax as well. AEG pays for the costs of importation into each region including customs duties and import taxes due at the port of arrival.
Most orders will be delivered to your address without any tax due but it is possible that your local authorities will assess tax to be paid before delivery; that is beyond AEG’s control. If you normally receive Kickstarter orders without tax due, you should receive your order from AEG without any tax due either.
We will be charging shipping & handling and tax after the Kickstarter concludes based on the actual costs incurred to ship from the closest distribution center to your delivery address. You will pay for shipping & handling, plus VAT, GST, and sales tax in BackerKit.
If you feel that the total cost of your order is unsatisfactory, you can request a 100% refund of your Kickstarter pledge within 15 days of the opening of the Pledge Manager; thereafter refunds will be issued minus unrecoverable KS fees of approximately 8%.

Tax Policies:
Backers in the EU+ (EU States + Norway, Switzerland & Lichtenstein) and the UK will pay 20% VAT. It is not possible for us to waive this calculation for any order shipping to Europe.
Shipping & Handling for Canada will be + Canadian sales tax which varies by Province & Territory.
Backers in the US will pay sales tax in CA, NV, IN, HI, IL, MI, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX.
Restricted Delivery:
Due to the increasing frequency of Kickstarter orders failing to clear customs or being lost and/or stolen during delivery, AEG now ships only to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU+ (EU States + Norway, Switzerland & Lichtenstein), China (including Hong Kong), Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are unable to ship to the overseas territories or possessions of the UK or any EU country. All other backers must arrange to have their order received in one of those countries and freight-forwarded, at backer expense, to their final delivery address. We will cancel and refund orders from countries we do not ship to prior to fulfillment if other arrangements have not been made.
All images used in this Kickstarter & on BackerKit are subject to change and may represent unfinished or non-final art or design. All card counts are approximate and are subject to change. All card and component names are subject to change. All packaging is subject to change and is not finalized. Rules are subject to change.
AEG has been in the publishing business for more than 30 years. We are experienced at producing games in China and distributing them worldwide. Nonetheless, there are always risks associated with manufacturing and logistics. These problems can delay or otherwise impact our ability to meet our commitments to our backers.
These issues include (but are not limited to):
* Production delays
* Shipping delays
* Customs delays
The estimated delivery date is March 2025 but keep in mind this is only an estimate. Also, due to the logistics of international shipping, backers in different regions of the world may receive their rewards sooner than others.
We’ve done our best to minimize these risks as much as possible and we are always happy to refund pledges if for some totally unforeseen reason the game can’t be delivered at all.
Refund Policy
Before the Rewards are shipped, we will refund your money, no questions asked. Once we have shipped your Reward, our refund policy will depend on the circumstances and will be at our discretion. At your request, we can give you a full refund within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we will subtract Kickstarter and payment processing fees (which we can’t get back from Kickstarter after 14 days). Those fees usually equal 8% of the total pledge.
Refunds will be processed through Kickstarter and will be applied to whatever payment method you provided to Kickstarter. In the event that is impossible to process the refund, we will work with you to arrange a refund through other channels. Refunds for any amount collected on BackerKit will be refunded via BackerKit's refund mechanism which credits the payment method you used on BackerKit.
This project is being funded in USD and any refunds processed will be in USD for the exact amount received in USD, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time of the refund being processed. AEG is not responsible for changes in the rate of foreign exchange.
By pledging to this project, you agree to conduct all public interactions via Kickstarter’s communications channels with this project and our team and other backers in a positive manner. Harassment, name-calling, or attempts to inject inappropriate content into the public communications channels for the project will result in the cancellation of your pledge (with a full refund) and your ejection from the campaign.
We want the communications channels for this campaign to be a friendly, positive place for our community to gather and discuss the campaign, ask questions, and provide input.
AEG reserves the right to cancel any pledge (with a full refund) at any time, for any reason. If your pledge is canceled while the campaign is ongoing, you agree not to re-pledge either under your original account or under any other account you control.
Violations of this policy will be reported to Kickstarter.
Minor cosmetic damage to the box or other packaging can occur during shipping. AEG makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the shipping containers it uses are suitable for the safe delivery of the Rewards. If you believe that your Reward has suffered more than minor cosmetic damage please contact us immediately. Keep all packaging, including outer cartons, for our inspection.
AEG will, at its sole discretion, determine if the damage constitutes other than minor cosmetic damage and/or was the result of insufficient packaging. Refunds or credits for damaged components will be issued at AEG's discretion.
If we ship to the address that you provided in our Pledge Manager and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will pay the full cost to ship the Reward again to a revised address. If we ship the Reward to the address you provided in our Pledge Manager and the package is delivered to that address but you are unable to receive it, or you have moved and are no longer the occupant of that address and cannot otherwise retrieve the package, or if the package is lost or stolen after delivery and you wish to have the order fulfilled again, you will pay the full cost to ship the order to a revised address plus the amount of the original Reward plus Add-Ons and other upgrades on your order.
In all cases, you acknowledge that quantities are limited and AEG may not be able to ship all or part of your order more than once.
Excluding the disclaimers about delivery to addresses in the Pledge Manager above, If any part of your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, AEG will provide you with a pro-rated refund for that portion of your order.
By pledging to this project, you acknowledge that the final look, materials, and content of the rewards (and the project) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented while the Kickstarter project was active. If you do not log in to our Pledge Manager and confirm your pledge within 8 weeks of our notification via email to confirm your pledge, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. However, we may, at our discretion, refund or ship your Reward if you contact us and confirm your pledge after the 8-week window has elapsed.
You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our Pledge Manager system, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for: import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities; and providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods.
We regret we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
